Bah. I've been trying to come up with and fine-tune a layout for a project I have in mind (jo finally kicked my arse), so I've had little time to update venus. Don't hold it against me. I do what's best for you. *g*

Considering said project will be an actual weblog consisting of various other goodies (basically what transmission already is, only it will be expanded somewhat, hosted on the domain and implementing a better design), I will most likely be abandoning transmission. Or at least, adding it into venus strictly as an update page. I'll let you know once I figure out what I'm doing..

The new layout is up at darklis. (I'm praying to god that nothing looks terribly "off." The whole thing was designed on a laptop.) New little things crammed everywhere, so be sure to... look. *g*

Also, I don't believe I mentioned here that we've acquired a wonderful hostee this past week. After quite a few weeks of residing in limbo, nyx has finally graced us with his presence at darklis. His words are breathtaking, a stunning expression of emotion and intellect. Go experience him, or you'll regret it for the rest of your lives.

And now I depart - destination, bed. Job interview (more of a sign-up) tomorrow. Cross those fingers for me. (You all do a lot of crossing of the fingers for me.. Good Karma, you know.)

Oh my. It appears that WebRing has wisened up and is no longer going to be a part of yahoo. Very smart move, in my opinion..

Stumbled across this fabulous site yesterday. I am in love, I am in love.. Also, if you're anything like me and get strangely scintillating shivers when it comes to aircraft mishaps/accidents, you must visit FLIGHT404. I don't believe it's a true to life account, but it showcases the eerie disappearance of "flight404." Amazing design and a creative storyline make the experience all the more memorable. Go now. I mean it.

Everytime I visit Pussycat I get antsy. I am so hardcore in love with the idea of that site (and the mistress herself ;) - and after just this very minute completing my weekly excursion there, I am burning to set something up of my own in the same vein. Burning, I tell you. It's jo's fault. Jo did it.

(Get off your ass, you beautiful girl, and kick my ass into getting off mine! I need help.)

And in case you don't regularly visit jupiter (mmm, I love the way that sentence came out), I'm now home intact. I'm internally sore and a little disassociated from everything, but I'm here - with a laptop and a plan.

... and all night to attempt to create accounts for my to-be hostees that have been patiently waiting in the wings.

Leaving tomorrow morning! (I had much more typed out, but I began to feel vaguely uncomfortable writing such a long entry when I need to be in bed in ten minutes, although I strongly doubt that's going to happen anyway, and so I look forward to a long day of sleep deprivation and fun with strangers. yay! I hate buses.)
